Meet Paula Siemens

I have been in the mortgage brokerage industry for the past 17 years, developing "mortgage strategies" for every stage of your life. When you come to me with questions regarding your financing requirements, my response is to show you the various ways in which it can be accommodated

I believe in looking at the "bigger picture". That means putting together a mortgage plan that looks at your needs today and taking into consideration your desires of tomorrow. From there, we structure a mortgage that works for you. My dedication to my clients' needs and concerns runs deep and I will always work in your best interest keeping you apprised of market changes. I will contact you when it is time to re-visit your mortgage. You will always be treated in a courteous and professional manner by me and members of my team. 

Prior to that I worked for Canada Trust in a variety of areas, which gave me an understanding of how it was to deal with "banks" and their unilateral policies. I was amazed to learn of the endless possibilities available to clients when I first entered the mortgage brokerage industry. It was great to no longer have to tell clients "no, we can't do that", and change to "let me show you the various ways that we can tackle your financing needs."

I believe the better description of what I do is act as a mortgage consultant. I believe that clients should look at their needs and future plans before making a decision of what mortgage product to take. Should you go variable, fixed, short term or long term? All of these questions should be addressed prior to looking at rate. Pick your product wisely, then look for the best rate.

I am extremely dedicated to my clients and will take the time to address the pros and cons of each option so that you understand why you have made the choice of any given product. I will also help you put a plan in place to pay down this mortgage as quickly as possible.
