Meet Shannon MacLeod

Shannon has been working in the mortgage industry in a number of capacities for the past 3 years.  She spent the last couple of years working with lenders, which has given her an in-depth understanding of lender and insurer requirements. This has given her insight into what negotiating techniques are most effective.  Shannon also worked in a major sub-prime lender in several different roles, gaining valuable experience understanding credit, and working to obtain mortgages for people with credit blemishes.

Meet David King

David has a B.A. from UBC and is currently working toward a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from the Sauder School of Business.    He has 5 years of customer service experience, during which time he has proven a commitment to client care.  His passion for real estate has reduced the stress of financing for potential homebuyers and investors.
